Your inquiry
When you submit the inquiry form, our website receives your email address, selected interest and optional message so we can respond and discuss a proposed engagement. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Website providers
DigitalOcean and Cloudflare host, protect and deliver the site. Cloudinary delivers images. Google Fonts supplies typefaces. These providers receive technical delivery requests, including IP addresses. Google Analytics and Meta measurement default on for eligible public pages; Cookie preferences can turn either off.
Access, correction and deletion
Email hello@44th.co with a privacy request, identifying the email or interaction concerned. We may verify ownership before releasing or deleting records. We will review records no longer needed; records required for a contract, dispute, security or applicable law may be retained with the reason explained. Clearing browser site data removes locally stored preferences and configurations.
Retention and adults
Information is used only for the stated purposes and necessary business recordkeeping. Request a retention or deletion review at hello@44th.co. Business inquiries and any future transactions are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. Contact us if a child supplied information.
Marketing choices
A business inquiry is not marketing consent. If we introduce a marketing list, signup will require a separate choice and messages will include an unsubscribe link. This site does not currently send a customer marketing newsletter.
Website measurement
Google Analytics and Meta run by default on eligible public pages. Use Cookie preferences to turn either off. Google Analytics measures selected public-page visits and Meta measures advertising-related PageViews. These providers receive technical browser information, IP addresses and cookie identifiers; Meta may associate activity with information it already holds. We do not send form contents, email addresses or private workspace activity. Automatic interaction collection and advanced matching are disabled. Query strings, fragments and private or operational pages are excluded. Browser privacy signals keep optional tracking off. Saved opt-outs remain until you change them or clear browser site data. Google Analytics cookies last up to 180 days and Meta cookies typically last up to 90 days. Turning either provider off in Cookie preferences stops future collection and removes accessible tracking cookies. Preferences open only when requested; there is no automatic popup.
